Badin Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:45 pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, in Badin Town Hall, 36 Falls Road, Badin, NC, in regards to Proposed Ordinance 10-3 - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 05-5 Providing for the Prevention and Abatement of Public Nuisances Caused by the Uncontrolled Growth of Noxious Weeds and Grass and the Accumulation of Refuse. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at Badin Town Hall. Please attend if you have any questions or concerns. |
