Town of Badin Ordinance 00-1

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF WALNUT STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the East side of Walnut Street from the corner of Walnut Street and Falls Road traveling 155 feet Northeast toward Chestnut to the end of the sidewalk.

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Walnut Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 11th day of January, 2000.
