AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF WALNUT STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the south side of Walnut Street from the corner of Hickory Street to the corner of Pine Street, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin.

This ordinance adopted this 14th day of May 2002.
