Town of Badin Ordinance 04-1

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF PINE STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the south side of Pine Street from the corner of Cedar Street to the corner of Spruce Street, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Pine Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 13th day of April, 2004.
