Town of Badin Ordinance 04-5

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 92-11 – AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF LINCOLN STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on both sides of Lincoln Street, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Lincoln Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 12th day of October, 2004.
