Town of Badin Ordinance 04-8

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF HENDERSON STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the East side of Henderson Street from the end of the school lane to the corner of Henderson Street and Nantahala Street, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Henderson Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 14th day of December, 2004.
