Town of Badin Ordinance 05-10

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF CHERRY STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to allow parking on the existing curbside of Cherry Street, parking will not be permitted where curbing doesn't exist, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Cherry Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 11th day of October, 2005.
