Town of Badin Ordinance 05-9

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING ORDINANCE 92-4 PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF FALLS ROAD

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the North side of Falls Road from the corner of Falls Road and Yadkin Court traveling East to the corner of Falls Road and Spruce Street, and;

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on both sides of Falls Road from the corner of Falls Road and Spruce Street traveling East to the corner of Falls Road and Stanly Street, now;

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Falls Road be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.
