Town of Badin Ordinance 92-12

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF WASHINGTON STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the Northwest side of Washington Street from the corner of Sherman Street and Washington Street running Northeast to the corner of Dewey Street and Washington Street, and to continue the prohibition of parking on the Southeast side of Washington Street from the corner of Dewey Street and Washington Street running Northeast to the corner of Roosevelt Street and Washington Street.

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Washington Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 13th day of October, 1992.
