Town of Badin Ordinance 92-14

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF SPRUCE STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the Northwest side of Spruce Street from the corner of Spruce Street and Falls Road running Southwest to the first bridge that is crossed.

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Spruce Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.
