Town of Badin Ordinance 94-6

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF WILLOW STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the South side of Willow Street from the corner of Maple Street and Willow Street traveling East to the corner of Spruce Street and Willow Street.

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Willow Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 12th day of July, 1994.
