Town of Badin Ordinance 99-4

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON A PORTION OF SPRUCE STREET

WHEREAS, the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin deems it in the best interest of the health and safety of the citizens of Badin to prohibit parking on the Northeast side of Spruce Street from the last driveway at 127 Spruce Street running Southwest to the first bridge (approximately 88 feet in length).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Badin Town Council of the Town of Badin that this portion of Spruce Street be designated a “No Parking” area by the proper signs.

This ordinance shall be effective as soon as said street areas are designated by the proper signs.

Duly passed this 11th day of May, 1999.
